Personally, I think that Wikileaks went too far and did some harm with the good that they were trying to do. What do you think? Do you think that Wikileals deserves a Nobel Peace Prize?

I think the Nobel committee has been doing an excellent job - attracting attention to their awards. Barack Obama, the imprisoned Chinese human rights activist Liu Xiaobo, and now a website? I'm not arguing their decisions, just stating that they have a knack for selecting nominees that will generate a lot of news coverage.
Ultimately, I think the idea is nice, but that Wikileaks undermined some tenuous diplomatic connections. Transparency is one thing, but this went beyond that.
This is sickening. What has the Nobel prize come to? We should be horrified that someone (not even a citizen of our country!) has had such success gaining access to classified information and has gone public with it so cavalierly. As the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Adm. Mullen, once tweeted, "Mr. Assange & his source might already have on their hands the blood of our troops or that of our Afghan partners." This is not worthy of celebration. That site jeopardized our national security on a daily basis.
