David Spark, a tech journalist, offers us this 7-step plan to creating a social media strategy. I think this quick guide is great because it is simple, it is a great jumping-off point for organizations with no social media presence and it discusses integration with other marketing and branding efforts. I particularly like steps 3 and 4 because they speak to the importance of producing relevant content and keeping up with the fast pace of social media.
