This is an excellent response. I liked how you personalized the CEO by including the fact that he was a father. Also, good to have the medical officer featured. I like the inclusion of an outside medical expert as well and even think you could include actual footage of that person. Good messaging at the end about being in business for 96 years and welcoming any suggestions. Only thing I would be careful about is some of the language is a bit leading, i.e., a link to ADHD etc. I wouldn't necessarily frame it that way and would be a little more vague so that they are not misconstrued as admitting there is a link without scientific proof. Well done!
